Delivery time varies based on your location:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days

Other regions: 4–7 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience during such times.
3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A nominal delivery fee may apply for COD orders or orders below ₹499 (as displayed at checkout).
4. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS. You can track the status of your package in real-time.

In case the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will get in touch to reschedule.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund or cancellation.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the issue) is mandatory for processing any refund or replacement request.
Important Notes

Without a video, refund or replacement requests will not be entertained.

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
