1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used packages of pulses.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Clearance or discounted stock (unless damaged on arrival).
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be confirmed.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
4. Replacement Option
- Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to an error or damaged product, return shipping cost will be covered.
- In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
