1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used packages of pulses.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Clearance or discounted stock (unless damaged on arrival).

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be confirmed.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

4. Replacement Option

  • Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error or damaged product, return shipping cost will be covered.
  • In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
